I've been a Sweatitout customer for over ten years and love your products. I was new to exercising back in 2000 and looking for comfortable exercise clothes that fit well. I found Sweatitout on the web, ordered the 1900 compression pants and the 1998 sports bra and have been re-ordering them ever since. They hold up beautifully through many washings, they fit well, don't ride up (pants or bras) and provide both comfort and support.

A few months ago, disgusted with how I felt on blood pressure meds and too much weight, I did something about it and now, almost 6 months later and almost 50 pounds lighter, I feel much better. I confess it's not the Sweatitout clothes but a new attention to exercise and what I eat -- an improved lifestyle to put it simply. I went to the Pritikin Longevity Center in Miami where I learned that high blood pressure is as much the result of too much salt in one's diet (even though I NEVER added salt to cooking or at the table) as too much weight. In fact, with Pritikin's medical supervision (their excellent physicians) I was off both blood pressure meds within a week because without salt in the food they provide, my blood pressure dropped significantly. I lost over 10 pounds during my three weeks there and have lost an additional 35-40 pounds since.

The Pritikin mantra is virtually no salt (less than 1200 mgs a day), no sugar and very little fat (10-15% in any food item should be comprised of fat) and cardio exercise at least 5 times a week.

The average American diet of course has lots of salt, fat and sugar, even the "plain" canned or frozen fruits and veggies. I now read labels carefully. I can eat all I want (and I mean all I want) of fresh veggies and fruit and limit animal protein to 3-4 4 oz servings a week. It's really not hard at all.

Just wanted to tell you about the incredible results I have wearing the SWEAT IT OUT long sleeve shirt. It is like having an additional layer of fascial tissue holding everything in place and allowing stretching of muscle and fascia as well. I played for about 5 hours straight in a table tennis tournament. It improves my playing ability in so many ways. Lack of fatigue is so evident, if a muscle is injured or sore, then proprioceptor mechanisms like the muscle spindle and golgi tendon organ both seem to work more effectively. They prevent injury and actually promote healing an injury even when active by making the above mechanisms much more effective to restore balance and improve sensory nerve feedback to the brain. Also wearing a long sleeve t-shirt over the SWEAT IT OUT shirt really keeps my muscles warm so they do not tighten up or get stiff between matches. It also works great for weight training.

The tights you sent are also great, together they keep my body warm with the long sleeve shirt, I do wear SWEAT IT OUT SHORTS over the tights for extra support. for most people the tights would be fine by themselves. My friend Lance Yedersberger, just ordered a shirt and I ordered another shirt also, a really fantastic high quality product that allows athletes to continue to work out and maintain a quality of life as they age.

my best purchase at the B road street run.
Friday May 3 rd My running group and I listened to a person in the sweat it out booth at the Broad street EXPO. HE WAS TALKING ABOUT WHY WE NEED TO WEAR a COMPRESSION TOP WHEN WE RUN.I do wear compression shorts when I run, but never a compression shirt . He convinced me, I purchased the short sleeves . I felt great ,I did not feel tired, cut 12 min from my last year broad street run . this person from sweat it out knows what he is talking about. Listen to him

I was told by the sweat it out person that it will help me finish strong.. and it did!

Compression tights terrific for tennis
I'm a life-long tennis player. In my early 60s I developed painful varicose veins. I bought my first "Sweat It Out" compression tights three years ago and they are just terrific. I'm able to play in the hottest of weather for at least two hours with no discomfort at all. I now have three pairs and sometimes wear them under slacks instead of compression stockings. Great product!

I’ve had back problems for a while now because of two fractured vertebrae in my back. the fractures seemed to have healed when I went to take a CT scan, but earlier on in the summer the pain came back and stopped my summer training cold. I run track in college so having my back aching and being in so much pain hindered my season to say the least. I tried these shorts out to see just how much I could do with them. At first I was skeptical but after testing them out I found that the shorts delivered on the claims that they made. I am happy to have purchased this product. it definitely does wonders for me and I can’t wait to get back to school to start the season.

I am a certified tennis teacher and tournament player. Now 56, years old, the wear and tear of stopping and starting and changing direction on hard courts has made my lower back unstable for competitive tennis. Since I still love playing, I purchased a different compression short for $125 but it was just tight and did not support the area I needed. After wearing. this product by SWEAT IT OUT I finally found what I was looking for. I trained with them for 6 weeks then entered a hard-court tournament .I had to play Saturday and Sunday but I was able to win the championship. I try never to play hard 2 days in a row and if I have to I usually pay for it by being bent over with back pain and decreased range of motion. This time it didn't happen and it could only be the Sweatitout shorts which did it..I highly recommend this great product. They are also more comfortable than some other compression shorts and can be worn for longer periods.

Not too good to be true!
While training for a half-marathon, I injured my hamstring bad enough that the only way I saw myself completing the race was in tears and causing a more serious long term problem. I went to the expo the day before anyway hoping that I would find something to help. After purchasing the thigh, hip, and groin compression shorts from the sweatitout stand, I not only finished the race, but I finished it happily and comfortably. I would HIGHLY recommend this product!

Working in the music news business, I often find myself covering events like concerts and festivals. During the warmer months, those shows are held outside where I am forced to stay in direct sunlight for hours on end. Often, I will need to interview bands or musicians after their performances and until I found Sweat It Out, I was conducting those interviews covered in sweat. By wearing Sweat It Out apparel, I am able to not only enjoy the concerts, but am able to keep my cool both in the sun and while I'm conducting interviews. Thanks!

Comfortable and durable sports bra
I have always worn a regular bra under my sports bra as a support and comfort thing. I have looked at many sports bras and can honestly say that I would never get any other sports bra. This bra is comfortable, does not shrink, is durable and does not cause any chafing. Additionally, this bra really does wick away moisture.

Excellent Sports/Running/Aerobic Bra!
I have been looking and looking for a sports bra that actually wicks moisture away from your body, one that gives great support, one that will not shrink, and one that will last. Well, I finally found it! I can highly recommend this bra! It wicks moisture wonderfully, the support is A+, and it feels great! I also like the fact that SWEAT IT OUT takes pride in their product and keeping the customer happy!! Way to go! Also, these bras are worn by many in the military so they have to be good at moisture wicking, etc. with what those gals put them through!

I originally bought these when I was in the Army and deployed to Iraq in 2003, but since getting out have used them in my new job and they are still holding up. Just bought another set.

Best Skivvy shirt made by far!
I wore these shirts exclusively while in Iraq. Due to living in a patrol base and not having easy access to laundry facilities nor ability to take a shower except for once a week, I would often wear these shirts multiple days at a time while conducting combat operations. They don’t shrink, they wick away sweat to keep you cool and what I found one of the best features: they have odor eliminating properties so they didn’t stink like my old under armour shirts did.

Outstanding Knee Support
I am an average runner who suffers from IT band syndrome in my right knee. I typically run about 25 miles a week. I have tried various bands, creams, and supports to help alleviate the pain after I hit 5 miles. These Capri’s are great. I have worn them on long runs and short. They provide great support not only to my legs and hips, but to my knees. I would recommend them to anyone needing additional support and compression around the knees.
